Lobby Day Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan gives her endorsement of the Smoke-Free Illinois Campaign while speaking at the American Cancer Society's Lobby Day on March 13. Earlier in the day the Attorney General accepted the Society's Partners in Progress Award for her continued efforts to keep the state's youth safe from the dangers of tobacco and smoking.
