| The Smoke-Free Movement As more and more people understand the dangerous health effects of secondhand smoke, momentum for smoke-free ordinances grows throughout Illinois and across the nation. Several cities and towns in Illinois have passed smoke-free laws and more are waging similar campaigns. Smoke-Free Illinois is a statewide coalition of concerned citizens who beleive that all workers and citizens deserve to be protected by a comprehensive indoor smoke-free law. |
