THANK THESE SENATORS
For people who understand the facts about secondhand smoke, the vote yesterday by the Illinois Senate to make Illinois smoke free is a no-brainer. But we can't lose sight of the fact that our opponents are devoting vast resources toward pressuring legislators to vote against public health.

The Smoke-Free Movement
Thank you to all of the courageous Senators who had the backbone to stand up for what is right! We, non-smoker's, are the MAJORITY. It is about time that Illinois join the rest of the country. Coming from South Florida, where it is non-smoking, I can attest to the fact that the restaurants, bars & clubs are doing just fine. Illinois will not turn into a ghost "town" just because a few smoker's decide to stay home in their garage to smoke their habit. It is everyone's RIGHT to breathe in clean air. Thank you, thank you!
